Pogue : Microsoft Powertoys and Paint 3D

With Microsoft Powertoys, you can tell Windows 11 to STOP tapping ALT + WIN + Arrow Keys (else they manipulate active window size and position). That being said, we still weren't able to get VirtuaWin to use that hotkey after we got Windows to stop tapping it 😒 If you know the workaround, please comment.
