I'm Going to Buy Alaska (ALK) Airlines Stock

Why? This is a co that takes care of its customers.

You ever tried to cancel a reservation (sure, they all tell you you get free c within 24 hours) with another airline?

Try Alaska - one button in your email for "Manage". Get there and you see one button to Cancel. And that's it (once you check the box for refund to original form of payment).

The only thing I would change : Ben's grammar on his LinkedIn. I'm submitting it today to them. Let's see how long it takes for him to fix :)
