Why someone gave Samuel Arbesman's "Overcomplicated" a single star I'll never know. It's a riveting read. I wonder if that folk was involved in Wednesday's action at the Capitol. Anyhow.. here's where you can find Dr. Nathaniel Fairfax's paper :

Notice how in the old days the English also capitalized nouns like the Germans?
